There is a street in Minneapolis named after my dad; it’s called Dorr Way (not kidding!) In my life B.K. (before karaoke) I was a hairdresser and even taught it at cosmetology school. I own power tools and know how to use them.

I bowled collegiately and was the captain of the University of Minnesota’s women’s bowling team for three of those years. 2018 marks my 34th year working in music and I love it more today than ever. I was the first ever Assistant Crime Victim Ombudsman in the United States.

My first time singing karaoke was on a first date and karaoke was the only good thing that came out of that experience. I can sing all of the Dixie Chicks songs in our song list. People used to tell me I look like Ewan McGregor, then I gained 40 lbs. and now they tell me I look like James Corden, I’ll take it!
