Most entertainment companies separate wedding and private parties on their web sites. We have chosen not to do so because of our commitment to and philosophy
for both events is the same - your event is specifically designed for you and by
you to assure that you have the most memorable experience possible.
Whether you are the bride, groom, event planner, party coordinator or night club owner, you want everyone attending the event to enjoy themselves. You have given much time and attention to plan a fun and memorable event for you and your guests. Remember, the event IS about YOU AND YOUR GUESTS. It is not about us or the long list of other parties, weddings or shows we've done in the past 14 years. Our goal has never been to be the largest DJ service in the industry-our goal is to make your event successful and to achieve our success one event at a time. We have consistently achieved our goal as over 80 percent of our bookings come from referrals and "word of mouth".
KARAOKE SERVICES
Karaoke is the core of Mia Dorr's Premier Entertainment. We currently bring the best in karaoke to 25 shows a week in 16 different night clubs. We give you choices every night of the week to be part of the excitement. (Karaoke Schedule) The number of shows is always growing so check back with us frequently! Whether you are a singer or a spectator, you are guaranteed to enjoy our shows!
The extensive song library has over 11,000 songs and covers all types of music. The number of song choices grows substantially every month with the addition of at least 27 new songs a month! All of our music is on CD to bring you the best possible sound quality.
We proudly use state-of-the-art sound equipment including all the industry leaders such as Mackie, JBL, Peavey, Bose, JVC, Shure, Audio Technica, and others.

OUR DISC JOCKEYS
Again, your event is not about our DJ, it is about YOU! However, it will give you piece of mind to know our DJs are professionally trained and have years of experience. They have learned to "read" the crowd and choose the right music to keep your guests moving and entertained. We consider "our" DJ to be your DJ for your event. You tell us how involved you would like the DJ to be. We know every event is different. Our DJ will consult with you ahead of time to discuss all the details so that you don't have to be concerned with the "entertainment" aspect on the day of your event. If you change your mind about the level of involvement you want of your DJ just let them know either ahead of time or on the day of, or during the event. We are here to serve you and will accommodate to meet your needs.
OUR MUSIC
Currently, we have almost 6,300 songs in our DJ library and over 21,000 songs in our karaoke library. This number grows substantially every month with the addition of new music. By using two music services we add at least 20 pre-recorded songs and 27 karaoke songs a month! Our DJ library covers all the major music categories of top 40 dance, music from the 50's and 60's, 70's disco and classic rock, 80's and 90's dance as well as country and jazz. When our DJ library can cover that much music in 4,300 songs, you can imagine what our karaoke library covers in almost 11,000!
We provide the DJ listing to you ahead of time so you can make choices and we provide karaoke books at your event so your guests can make their choices. We didn't put the DJ library on line because we ask you to provide that list back to us prior to your event and we absorb the cost of printing and mailing to you. Requests are important to us. Your requests provided ahead of time and those taken from your guests are the cornerstones of our music direction for your event.
OUR SERVICES INCLUDE:
> Full sound and lighting - featuring state of the art sound with the Mackie brand and the industry preferred lighting of American DJ.
> No time limit performance - you tell us when the music should start and when it should end. We don't believe in the industry standard of two hours dinner music and four hours dance.
> Extensive music library - all on CD to offer you the best possible sound quality.
> Experienced, well-dressed Disc Jockey - and one scheduled as a back-up in the event of illness or unforeseen circumstance.
> Wireless microphone - always available to you at no extra charge.
> Event planning materials - sent to you ahead of time to give you time to make your choices of music, disc jockey involvement and events.
> Equipment set-up and removal - our set-up is done before our guests arrive at your event.
> Consulting with the owner and/or lead disc jockey - this is also done ahead of time to assure that we have all the details.
OUR RATES
We believe in charging you a flat rate. What does that mean to you? It means that there are no hidden costs like those charged by other companies for items such as the length of your event, using our wireless microphone, our driving time, the location of your event, or the time of year.
We use the industry-leading brands of equipment and lighting. Just because we pay more for our equipment doesn't mean that you pay more for your DJ service. It is part of our philosophy to offer you the best show for your money.
We are not about packages; we are about choices - your choices for your event. You tell us if you want all pre-recorded music or a combination of pre-recorded music and karaoke and we tell you the price. Our lighting comes with either choice as part of the price. Our pricing is on a per event basis depending on times, dates, length of event, number of DJ's needed, etc. Please call us to discuss the details and I'm sure you will find us reasonably priced and the best value for the dollar.
If you have other plans for entertainment for part of your event and only want us for the dance part, we will set up before your guests arrive and assure that we are ready to go when you and your guests are ready to dance!
